Warranty & Liability

GOGOTECH IT accepts liability for all legal guarantees and warranties expressed or implied to the transactions under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other legislation (such as the Fair Trading Acts in each State and Territory) the effect of which cannot be excluded.

All Products sold on www.gogotechit.com.au (hereafter referred to as the "Site") come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where permitted by law, GOGOTECH IT will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss (including without limitation for loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realise expected profits or savings and any other commercial or economic loss of any kind) or loss or corruption of data, in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or connected to the Site or the Product.

Our liability to you for loss or damage of any kind arising out of this agreement or in connection with the relationship established by it is reduced to the extent (if any) that you cause or contribute to the loss or damage. This reduction applies whether our liability is in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise.

If you have a Product you believe is faulty, please contact a GOGOTECH IT customer service representative who will determine if the product is faulty. If the faulty Product is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty period, GOGOTECH IT will repair or replace the faulty Product.

An RA number (return authorisation number) must be obtained from a GOGOTECH IT customer service representative before any goods can be returned for repair or replacement. We will provide you full return instructions and return address.

This RA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton or shipping label and NOT ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING. If an RA number cannot be identified on the shipping carton or shipping label, GOGOTECH IT will be unable to accept delivery.

Returned Products should be properly packaged for return with adequate protection as Products damaged in transit will not be accepted.

Products must be returned to GOGOTECH IT within 2 weeks of your RA number being issued.

All cost incurred for returning the Products to GOGOTECH IT will be at your own expense.

Once the faulty Product has been repaired or if a replacement Product is being issued, GOGOTECH IT will ship the repaired or replaced Product to your nominated address at our expense.

If the faulty Product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same or at least equivalent Product, GOGOTECH IT will issue a credit via PayPal or Credit Card (depending on your payment method) for the purchase amount of the faulty Product, excluding any freight charges.

This process can take up to 3 business days. Your financial institution may take an additional 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

You will be notified via email once the credit has been issued.
